Visited this location a few days ago. I’m looking for a puppy, but not in a rush. I also wanted to visit the different shops to see selections, ask my questions, see the puppies and find out what the price also includes besides the animal. When I walked in the store, I noticed no weird or yucky smells. The store was very clean. Each puppy had its own enclosure that was also very clean. Even the puppies were clean, cute and looked healthy. I looked at the Teddy Bear puppy. As soon as I saw the price, my mouth dropped open. This was definitely the most expensive prices I’ve seen. I asked what the price includes and the employee listed, food, food schedule, micro chip fee, kennel, spay/neuter fee, potty training kit snd lifetime training classes. There were some health guarantees included, but I can’t remember those details. I could be forgetting a few more perks. A friend told me training classes separately can be $1000.00 + all by itself. They definitely seem to set you up for success. This location seemed to offer healthy, clean pups with all the extras you’ll need when you take your pup home. It didn’t feel like a puppy mill to me, but I wouldn’t know what to look for if

We got our new puppy, Molly, here over a month ago and she’s one of the best things to ever happen to us! The sales associate was so kind (I think her name was Natalie??) as were all the other lovely people working. They offer an amazing program with a free first vet visit and many other guarantees. I will say we were very anxious with petland’s reputation, but personally we have not had any issues at all. Keep in mind this place is expensive, our puppy was almost 5k. We knew that coming into this so it didn’t bother us, it’s something to keep in mind for future owners.

We purchased two Siamese twins here three years ago. Brother and sister. They are hands down the most well behaved and loving cats we have ever shared our home with. They were healthy when we got them and continue to be so. They were well adjusted and cared for. The staff was very sweet and extremely good sales people. We only came in to buy one, can’t imagine life without them both.

Amazing staff and a great selection of animals, I bought my dog from them a year and a half ago and she is as healthy as the day we got her!! Update: 02/22 She is still perfectly healthy going on 5 years old, still would recommend shopping here as they are always super nice! Update: 08/25 My doggy is still great no medical issues at all going 8 years old now.
